This is a modified Figure S-1 from EBMUD's 2001 Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR).  Note that EBMUD has failed to recognize the Heron Bay residential community on their map.  We have edited the map to identify the Heron Bay residential community (see red highlighted area) and to highlight the numerous schools (see yellow boxes) in the area.  Click here or click the map to see a detailed aerial photo of the area represented in Figure S-1.
